IGF 1200 ‘Gemini’, two systems in one - no contamination between products The bagging machine is equipped with two separate weighing and filling systems, operating alternately and thus reducing the risk of transmission of active substances between different products. In addition to the physical separation of products during weighing and filling, the machine is equipped with a comprehensive cleaning system. Once filled, the preformed bag can then be sewn or heat-sealed. The bags are then conveyed to the palletiser. The installation requires much less physical space than two different packaging units, which is a major economic advantage of the new Gemini system. Open-mouth preformed bags from 2.5 to 25 kg, flat or gusseted bags, in raffia, plastic raffia, paper or plastic. - For production of up to 800 bags/hour (25 kg) and 1,000 bags/hour (5 kg), depending on the type of granular or powdered product.
